1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering, or using QuizKaro.in ("Website", "Platform", "QuizKaro", "we", "us", "our"), you ("User", "Student", "you") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms").

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately stop using the Platform and delete your account.

2. Definitions

• "Platform" — QuizKaro.in website, mobile site, PWA, and all related services.
• "User" / "Student" — Any person who registers or uses the Platform.
• "Premium Services" — Paid features including tests, video courses, subscriptions, and board/class purchases.
• "Wallet" — Virtual balance maintained in User's account for payments.
• "Referral Bonus" — Credits earned by referring new users.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use this Platform. If you are under 18, you must have parental consent to make payments or subscribe to premium services.

By registering, you represent and warrant that all information provided is true, accurate, and complete.

4. Account Registration & Security

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You must not share your account with others. One account = One person.
• You must not create multiple accounts to abuse free tests, referral bonuses, or any promotional offers.
• You agree to provide accurate and updated information during registration.
• QuizKaro reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account found violating these terms.

5. Payments, Pricing & Refunds

• All payments are processed securely through Razorpay, our authorized payment gateway partner.
• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• By making a payment, you agree that you are authorized to use the payment method.
• Wallet balance once added is non-refundable except as required by law.
• Subscription plans auto-expire at the end of the purchased period.

6. Price & Referral Bonus Changes

• Test Prices: Prices of any test, exam, or course may be changed at any time without prior notice. Already purchased tests remain valid.
• Subscription Prices: Monthly and Yearly subscription rates may be revised. Existing subscribers continue at their purchased rate until expiry.
• Board & Class Purchase Prices: May be changed anytime. Already activated boards/classes remain valid for their full term.
